Mikaela commenced her career in real estate in 2014 as an receptionist and eventually moved to Melbourne CBD as a receptionist and assistant property manager in 2015. In her role as Assistant Property Manager Mikaela was assisting with managing 300 properties. Now as a property manager for Commercial and residential properties, an average day in the office for Mikaela involves keeping up to date with various properties in her care and maintaining regular and consistent communication with her clients.

Mikaela's ongoing efficiency and time management skills ensure that clients are always well informed and confident in her abilities. Mikaela’s belief to have a personal relationship and friendly nature are the highest value to her clients. Mikaela believes the key to success in the industry is hard work and being passionate about what you do.
